Mike Hawkins specializes in minimizing tax and maximizing wealth for closely held companies and their owners.  He has vast experience in planning for partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and sole proprietorships.

Mike specializes in working with a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, real estate, retail services, and agriculture.  He is also knowledgeable in the ever‑changing area of state and local tax compliance.  While specializing in taxation, he has experience in assisting with accounting and auditing engagements as well.

The experience of helping operate his family’s farm until 1998 has given Mike a special understanding of the issues faced by closely held businesses. He feels that being sensitive to the client’s situation and their specific needs is vital in public accounting.
